It is a well planned shopping arcade located in Gardencity, on the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR). Galleria brings under one roof opportunities to get a wide range of brands. The convenient location of OMR, which is also Chennai’s corporate hub is positioned to attract the footfalls from the Gardencity as well as the office goers.

The Galleria offers demarcated retail zones for men, women & kid’s apparel, electronic gadgets and accessories, dedicated floors for multicuisine food court, specialty restaurants and health care facilities. There are also exclusive floors for super market and entertainment activities.

Kick starting the leasing, Mohit Gujral, Vice Chairman, DLF India Limited, said “The Galleria Mall caters to the existing lifestyle of people in Chennai providing an easy and planned access to convenient shopping privileges within the township. The mall has been designed for the effective display of products targeting the needs of upper middle class and young professionals who are also the potential township buyers”.

Adding further on the USPs of leasing, Ananta Singh Raghuvanshi, Director- Sales and Marketing said, “Galleria will be housing both domestic and international brands. The layout and size of stores are planned to suit every product category of retail. The “locational advantage” and “year end possession” are two factors that are increasing the spur in the leasing demand”.

There are a total of 3500 dwelling units planned in the city, which means an expected 14000 residents, captive audience, would be enjoying the benefits of the DLF’s retail experience.

Gardencity experience would include, premium residential spaces based on the Spanish style of architecture, the one of the most prestigious school in Chennai i.e. the PSBB Millennium School – already operational, finest clubs, and excellent shopping facilities at Galleria, Gardencity.

  1. Do you know how much each of the sopes of size say 10X10 would cost? I am trying to buy the shops if possible?

Also the above mentions that the leasing is kick started. What does it mean? DLF is going for the leasing option instead of selling?

Also at what price DLF has put this space in the market currently?
