Real estate consultants Jones Lang LaSalle in conjunction with law firm Blake Dawson, have launched The Asia Pacific Property Investment Guide 2012, a comprehensive guide to how real estate markets operate across Asia Pacific.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s second quarter 2011 Global Market Perspective, predicts this year will be the strongest performance and real estate trade volume since the market height of 2007.
Global companies said their real estate portfolios will grow most in Asia by 2013, boosted by the powerhouse economies of China and India, with those in more mature markets trading sideways, a survey said.
