This is the second year we have worked with lawyers Blake Dawson to produce the guide, which has proven to be a valuable tool for clients looking to invest in real estate markets across Asia Pacific.”

Rhonda Hare, Partner, Blake Dawson Singapore commented, “We continue to see strong interest in the property sectors in Asia and Australia, particularly from our European and US clients as they look to diversify into these growth markets. The markets in Asia continue to provide opportunities – but dealing within in these complex markets require an understanding of the legal requirements for doing business in these markets and an understanding of the cultural nuances. This guide gives a good introduction to a number of key jurisdictions across Asia.”
