Phase II of KUL Ecoloch is spread over 100 acres, with mountains on one side and river on the other. The new phase consists of a total saleable area of around 9, 90, 000 sq. ft. with 1/2 BHK of 550 sq ft./1020 sq ft. The design, elevations and the overall amenities in KUL Ecoloch phase II have been upgraded to global standards.

The project is located on the northern bank of Hinjewadi Mula Mutha river in Mahalunge, with easy connectivity to Baner.

One of the added exclusive features of the township is that it has a private connectivity for KUL Ecoloch township in Mahalunge with KUL SEZ in Hinjewadi. It is also well connected to areas like Baner, Aundh, Pune University and Chandni Chowk.

The project claims to encourage ‘walk-to-work’ concept as it is strategically located near Pune’s IT corridor on the main artery connecting Pune with Mumbai. Navi Mumbai is just 2 hours drive from the site. The infrastructure of the location is well developed and is close to entertainment and hospitality areas.

Kruti Jain, Director, KUL said, “We are very excited to launch Delight homes of KUL Ecoloch Township. Our Phase I witnessed an overwhelming response and we are upgrading the amenities and services in the Phase II. We are confident that Phase II of the project will be a resounding success and will supersede the home buyers expectations.”

The project is designed in such a way that it minimizes the negative impact on the environment and offers its residents a healthy and green lifestyle. KUL Ecoloch is the 1st township to get green certification by IGBC for township.

KUL Ecoloch township has been awarded as a best future township. One of the major highlights of the township was the survey undertaken by KUL. It was the first such initiative by any developer across the country which involved home buyers in designing their dream homes.

KUL Ecoloch imbibes the ancient age-old wisdom passed on in homes through centuries on planning principles along with modern conveniences. Based on this belief, KUL provides an atmosphere for healthy living and higher thinking. Also, each residential cluster within the township has its own set of facilities like small pool, community hall and gardens at the entrance of lobbies. Project also has a sports club and fitness centre that will appeal to health and fitness enthusiasts, replete with a football arena, basket ball court, Olympic size swimming pool, running track, modern gymnasium, etc.

“Similar to Clark Quay in Singapore, KUL is developing a river side marina and promenade. KUL Ecoloch Phase II will be first of its kind township to have this feature. It will also be supported by a golf club, boat club and other water sports without compromising the river,” said Kruti.

KUL Ecoloch is low maintenance township project which uses space judiciously; it focuses on maximising space and ensuring full usability.

Residents will lead a healthy and sporty lifestyle with various sports facilities being built at Ecoloch. It will be supported by a complete sports club which will have Foot Ball, Basket Ball, Badminton Courts, Tennis Courts, Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Running Track, Cycling Track, Cricket, Bowling etc. along with a Skating Rink and Gymnastic Facility.

Ecoloch will have a club and lawns by the river. The club will include indoor games like cards, billiards and foose-ball along with its steam and sauna baths.
