Singapore is the first country to roll out the portal locally.

Showcased will be residential properties that our Singapore office is appointed to sell and lease. Visitors to the site will have access to details of our full suite of residential services, property market news, research, podcasts and other information.

Chris Fossick, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle South East Asia and Singapore says, “This portal is part of our expansion in providing residential property services in the region, and when fully operational will include details of our residential businesses in Singapore, India, China, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. This will allow our clients access to a wide range of buyers for their properties, and buyer’s access to a wide selection of investment opportunities and drive leads for cross border investment. The next country to roll out will be India next month.”

In Singapore, 3 out of 10 residential properties are sold to foreign buyers and this trend is expected to continue as Singapore transforms into a global financial city and a haven to foreigners and foreign funds.
