As announced prior to the actual awarding ceremony, all awards of the evening were won by wide and convincing margins.
Jones Lang LaSalle India walked away with the four primary awards in the International Property Consultants category:
- Property Advisor Of The Year In Commercial Space
- Property Advisor Of The Year In Residential Space
- Property Advisor Of The Year In Retail Space
- Property Advisor Of The Year In Hospitality Space
“2010 was both a challenging and exciting year for all international property consultancies in India,” says Anuj Puri, Chairman & Country Head, Jones Lang LaSalle India. “In all fairness, all of us did an exemplary job of catching the incredible wave of growth that followed the preceding downturn. To my thinking, our efforts to broaden our service bouquet so that we could address every new category of client requirements in India’s rapidly evolving real estate domain gave us the edge.”
On JLL’s winning all four major IPC honours at yesterday’s Property World Awards function, Anuj Puri remarks, “Since we were chosen as market leader by our peers and the best judges of quality and integrity in the business, I can only say that I’m extremely proud and gratified. We are specially grateful to our clients, a considerable representation of whom were present on the jury. We consider this an indisputable sign of their trust in us.”
