Wyndham Hotel Group officially opens Ramada Gurgaon Central

The property is owned by Greenland Hospitality and franchised to Wyndham Hotel Group.

The 94-room boutique hotel, Ramada Gurgaon Central was inaugurated recently by Subodh Kant Sahay, Union Minister of Tourism in the presence of Ken Greene, President and Managing Director – Asia Pacific, Wyndham Worldwide.

Speaking on the occasion, Sahay said that India has to create at least five lakh quality hotel rooms, if we have to increase our share of inbound tourists from the current 0.5 per cent to one per cent.  He said that the constitution of Hospitality Development Promotion Board (HDPB) is a step in this direction.

Mohit Mittal, Director, Greenland Hospitality said that the hotel has been designed to attract business travellers.

A four-star business hotel, Ramada Gurgaon Central, has four banquet/conferencing halls with capacity ranging from 20 to 350 people, two board rooms, business centre, gym and a rooftop swimming pool.  In the food and beverages section, the hotel offers 24-hour coffee shop – Café Rouge – with selection of Indian, Continental and Lebanese cuisines in a la-carte menu.

Oriental Pearl – a specialty restaurant in the hotel – will offer worldwide cuisines especially Chinese, Japanese, and East Asian cuisines. The hotel also has a 50-cover Lounge and Bar with wide selection of liquor, creative cocktails and mocktails. The hotel has three category of rooms – Executive, Club rooms, and Executive Suites  –  with all the modern amenities a modern day business traveller looks for.
