Unitech will set up Great India Place (GIP) in Kochi, Kerala. The project consists of a hotel, shopping mall and office complex. It is being designed by Callison Inc and is located on NH-Bypass.
GIP’s hotel will cover an area of 1.45 lakh square feet. The shopping mall will have a mix of hypermarkets, departmental stores, multiplex, food and fun joints.
Munish Baldev, Head-Retail, Unitech said, “We are happy to offer a project to the people of Kochi, which is a combination of hotel, shopping mall and office complex and are pleased to see the response the project is getting.”
According to the company release, GIP is in close vicinity to the colonies like Panampilly Nagar, Jaya Nagar, Maradu, Chelavannnur, Kundanoor, Chacola’s Colony and Thevara, that have luxury condominiums.
