Top management restructuring at DTZ India

The new structure will have three client groups comprising Occupiers, Investors and Developers at the nucleus of its structure and an overarching Strategic Client Service organisation to augment customer experience.

Portfolio of services that DTZ offers will include transactions (corporate leasing), project management (corporate interiors & fitouts), base build development, facilities management, private and institutional investments (private equity & debt), valuations, consulting, land advisory and research services for a diverse set of clients.

“In addition to extending our footprint in the Indian real estate consulting market, we are decisively moving to respond faster to growth opportunities we expect in the sector,” says Anshul Jain, Chief Executive for DTZ-India.

“As is with any forward looking company, our new organizational structure is designed to speed up service delivery and accelerate growth, both short-term and longer-term. We believe that this will allow us to build stronger network and service basket – a portfolio of integrated services tailored for client needs that will establish DTZ as the standout provider of professional real estate services in India.”

Investor 

Anuj Nangpal, Managing Director will provide executive leadership to the Investor client segment with a focus on broad basing the offering to institutional and retail investors and opportunities to service them with the entire gamut of services that DTZ offers. In addition, he will also focus on incubating a new offering – “Market Intelligence Services” which will focus on serving client need for data and analytics.

Occupiers

Aniruddh Wahal, Managing Director will provide executive leadership to Occupier client segment with focus on providing Real Estate Solutions to the Occupier clients in India and ensure occupier solutions cover the full spectrum of tenant needs.

Project Management Services

Shashi Bushan as Managing Director, Project Management Services (Fitouts) will oversee the entire fit-out and project management services across three client segments in India. Prior to joining DTZ, Bushan was Director and Head – Projects India and Director- Operations, Asia Pacific with Johnson Controls India Pvt. Ltd. He has over 13 years of experience in delivering business solutions to a diverse range of clients across a wide range of sectors.

Strategic Client Services and New Businesses

Karun Varma as Managing Director, Strategic Client Services and New Businesses will complement the three core client segments by developing new businesses on one end and simultaneously providing integrated real estate services to key CRM clients. Varma was formerly the Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle India’s South (Karnataka & Kerala) Region and has significant experience in handling P&L of transaction businesses across office, retail, residential and capital markets.
