Simplex Infrastructure has denied to the news reports regarding CBI raid at Simplex Infrastructures Ltd offices in Kolkata. A statement issued on behalf of the company says that this news is incorrect and baseless as there is no such occurrence at Simplex Infrastructures office and we have no association with CWG projects.
Earlier there have been reports suggesting Simplex Infrastructures has given a clarification to BSE on CBI raid & CWG projects. “Simplex Infrastructures is nowhere involved in the same. Moreover, the error was occurred due to the similarities in the name as clarified to us by BSE,” the statement said.
“As you understand that Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. is a listed company and one of the leading infrastructure players in the country. It has created misinterpretation among the stakeholders. Hence, would request you to ignore such reports,” the statement added.
