Shipra Group has appointed Manik Dhodi as their Vice President, Retail and Hotels. Manik has been associated with Shipra Group since June 2009 as Head – Mall Operations. In his new role, Manik Dhodi will be heading operations and management of present and upcoming malls of Shipra Group.
Manik has over 13 years of experience in the Hotels & Retail industry. He has worked extensively in the areas of Operations, Marketing and Leasing. He is also a popular Guest Faculty in Management Colleges including Amity, BIMTECH, JIMS and JAYPEE Business School. During his tenure with Shipra World, Manik has contributed significantly in developing procedures, service standards and operational policies that have been instrumental in Shipra Mall’s growth. Manik holds expertise in designing & implementing training programs to enhance employee’s customer focus, energy level and team spirit.
