Rajesh Jaggi joins Everstone as head of real estate business

Jaggi, former MD of Peninsula Land Ltd, will handle all of Everstone’s real estate activities as well as Everstone’s real estate fund platform, said a company statement.

An alumnus of Boston’s Babson Business School, Rajesh Jaggi, 43, has over 13 years of experience in real estate business and served as the managing director of Peninsula Realty Fund and head of Peninsula Facility Management Services Private Limited.

The projects developed under his leadership include commercial projects like Peninsula Corporate Park, Peninsula Business Park, Peninsula Technopark, residential projects like Ashok Towers and Ashok Gardens, added the statement.

The Singapore-based Everstone Group has a corpus of $1.7 billion under management of which over $1 billion is invested till date.

Everstone also has a joint venture (Realterm Everstone) with North America’s industrial real estate investor Realterm Global for industrial real estate in India.
