But now that the prices have stabilised and more and more new projects are coming up, it is the right time to plan for one’s dream home”

He pointed out that the investment in a house is costliest one that an Indian makes in a lifetime. “This is exactly why, we have come with this idea of holding this exhibition with properties to suit everyone’s pocket – from 1 BHK to Bungalows and Penthouses. We are sure that those who run around in search of their dream homes will find an answer here, at the MCHI-CREDAI Expo.”

Jairam Sridharan, Head- Consumer Lending and Payments at Axis Bank, said, “We see traction in the real estate market of Mumbai after a long gap. What the Mumbai customer is looking for is some improvement in the sentiment and some clear signs which differentiate the serious players from the rest. The entire country looks up to Mumbai when it comes to real estate and we are starting to see some positive developments here. We wish all the best to the participating builders and hope the search for a dream home of every consumer ends here”

The visitor will have a new experience with valet parking, registration counter with state-of-the-art technology that depicts product locator, a Kid Zone where kids can enjoy while their parents are shopping for their “Dream Homes”. In line with the high-tech trend, MCHI-CREDAI will implement a unique QR code to facilitate home buyers to focus on their search as per their requirement.

Bandish Ajmera, Chairman of Exhibition Committee, MCHI-CREDAI, said, “With current market conditions, budget homes will be a major attraction for home buyers at this exhibition. We are confident that home buyers will throng in large numbers to have a look at the wide choice of properties on display. All in all, this will be a never-before opportunity for home buyers as well as investors since this is the right time to buy.”

The exhibition offers a good opportunity not only for domestic buyers but also for NRIs who are looking to invest back at home. As many as 15 home finance companies will also set up their stalls to offer spot loans.

The exhibition assumes an added significance in view of the fact that MCHI-CREDAI has adopted a self regulatory code of conduct for developers to ensure transparency in real estate transactions.
