The highlight of the project is that it offers amenities that are best in technological innovations but at the same time optimises space. The unique experience starts from the entry at every floor where one experiences a Zen spa environment.

This extends into the stunning washrooms designed to provide an altogether different experience. Taking a cue of modern day problems faced by customers, the washrooms have been so designed as to provide convenience and flexibility to the residents.

“Sophronia in Greek means Wise and which is why we at KUL have thought of making use of technology wisely and giving an altogether new experience of living at this aspirational project. The demand for residential properties with world class amenities has been growing over the last few years and at Sophronia we are catering to  these needs.” said, Kruti  Jain, Director of leading Mumbai-Pune based developer Kumar Urban development Limited (KUL).

Indian aesthetic – Artist and Designer, Krsna Mehta further adds, “Sophronia is city’s first anthropologically designed building that involves the study of human behaviour as a science. KUL conducted a research to gauge home buyers’ tastes and preferences and we accordingly customised homes at KUL Sophronia based on their feedback.KUL studies show that families living in the city have to deal with hyper stress issues due to high pressure on their time in day-to-day living. Therefore, we have attempted to address some of the issues by designing each space in a way to make living organized and stress free with specially designed washrooms incorporating paper holder with tray, magazine holder, storage box including a plastic cup fitting in the tray, automatic heated seat cover with two nozzles, built-in air pump, heated seater, warm air dryer and deodorizer, high-end sanitary ware and marble finish tiles.”

Normally client would not prefer to add furniture into a wet area and it would take up space thus reducing carpet area. KUL has designed a fully loaded facility solving this for our clients by designing multifunctioning walls and machines.

The complete flat design is curetted taking inspiration from scenes of everyday India. This is one of KUL’s most ambitious initiatives to provide unique lifestyle solutions to luxury living in India.
