KUL hosts 3-day ‘Loan Carnival’ for buyers

KUL has tied up with financial institutions like, ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank, HDFC, Axis Bank, to provide on-the-spot loans to its customers. Loans ranging from Rs. 15 lakh to Rs. 1 crore will be on offer at the Mela. Banks will also provide special schemes like subsidised registration fees, waiving an EMI installment for on time payment, special interest rates, etc.

Announcing this Kruti Jain, Director, KUL said, “Obtaining a home loan is seen as a long and cumbersome process. Most clients get stressed out with the idea of dealing with banks. We would like to make obtaining home loans a fun and happy experience for our customers. We have therefore tied up with leading housing finance companies so that customers can check out various deals and opt for the one that suits them best. With various fun-filled activities lined up, we are confident that the Home Loan Carnival will be a resounding success.”

The company had recently introduced the concept of Anthropological Engineering in Indian realty market. Anthropological Engineering involves the study of human behaviour as a science.

KUL conducted a research to gauge home buyers’ tastes and preferences and customised homes based on customer feedback. Anthropologically engineered homes offer special features such as earth energy advantage, sun path application, character building amenities like gardens, yoga auditorium, gymnasium, etc.

KUL has organised various bank and experts to come and educate clients, which will be followed by meal. An informative seminar on how to manage personal finances, EMIs, etc., by different faculty’s every day. Apart from this, KUL will also offer gifts to customers participating in the Loan Mela.
