Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd said on Friday its promoter group companies have increased their stake to 25.57 percent in the firm by acquiring shares from the open market. The promoter group firms acquired 2.61 percent stake between April 1 and April 13, it said in a statement. At 1.16 p.m., shares in the company were up 0.41 percent at Rs.148.05 in a weak Mumbai market.
