The event is designed as a platform for connoisseurs of lifestyle and fine living, to experience some of the finest concepts in luxury homes in India.

Riding high on the improving economic and business environment in the country, the Real Estate sector has emerged as one of the fastest growing sectors and has been playing a vital role in the overall growth and development of the country. Dun & Bradstreet’s recent study on India’s Leading Real Estate Companies 2010 revealed that the real estate industry has shown positive signs of recovery in FY10-11. Cautiousness has now given way to spending and a healthy rise in demand is once again seen in the premium housing segment, with luxury homes becoming a key focus area for developers.

Millionaire Homes provides a unique platform to builders to exhibit their high-end properties to niche and pre-qualified audience. Spanning over two days, 5th & 6th February, 2011, a roster of the city’s most celebrated property developers including DB Realty, Lodha Developers, Indiabulls, Hiranandani Constructions, Vascon Engineers, Sobha Developers, TATA Housing, Lokhandwala Infrastructure, Disha Direct, Total Environment, Chaithanya Projects amongst others will gather to showcase their premiere properties meant for the affluent at Hotel Leela Kempinski, Mumbai.

As part of the event, D&B is also hosting a special show of History of India : VIRitten, an English stand up comedy act by Vir Das.
