Chintels India Ltd. has announced the launch of First phase of its 300 acres township project in New Gurgaon. Chintels Paradiso – a group housing project that will consist of more than 500 apartments is the first phase of a large development project, being launched by the group, which will be spread across 400 acres and will include villas, commercial and office complexes, schools, hospitals and multi-storied apartment buildings.
This project is spread across Sectors 106, 108 & 109 of New Gurgaon. These new residential sectors, bordering Dwarka Phase – II are being promoted as the next and hottest real estate destinations. The project is only a kilometer away from the new Northern Peripheral Road that is coming up there and is soon to become the primary link between Jaipur/Gurgaon and Delhi.
Announcing the launch, Prashant Solomon, Jt. Managing Director, Chintels India Limited, said “We are expecting a robust growth in the real estate sector in coming years and therefore it becomes imperative for the industry to brace itself accordingly. Our new project is a part of the major expansion plans we have in NCR region and we are confident that this project will help us create a paradigm shift in the industry.”
