A wide array of properties in the rapidly developing Mira-Vasai to Palghar-Boisar stretch on the Western Railway suburban network will be showcased under one roof at the four-day mega show.

MCHI (Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry) as the representative body of developer community has been facilitating property shows across Mumbai and MMRDA areas to bring property buyers and sellers closer to their mutual benefit, said Boman Irani, Secretary – MCHI, and President of MCHI’s Mira-Vasai City unit.

“The forthcoming exhibition assumes significance in view of the fact that the focus will be on budget and affordable homes,” Irani said.

The patron stall exhibitors include: Rustomjee, Sanghvi Group, Mayfair Housing, Ekta Group, Leena Group, Mann Infrastructure, Ostwal Group, Ravi Group, Swastik Group and Tanvi group.

The exhibition assumes significance in view of the fact that the Mira-Virar to Palghar-Boisar stretch is much larger than Mumbai and even the government has laid a special emphasis on developing infrastructure here. The area now has an excellent connectivity with the Western Railway operating a four-track network.

Even urban infrastructure facilities like hospitals, schools and colleges and malls and multiplexes have come up in the area.

As the availability of land becoming increasingly difficult in Mumbai and other factors like inflation contributing to the cost of property, analysts consider the current period as one of the best times to acquire a dream house in this suburban area.

A notable feature of the development in the area is that developers have not been compromising on first class amenities on par with Mumbai properties, even while offering budget flats, according to Shailesh Sanghvi Secretary MCHI Mira Virar City.

While Mumbai faces space crunch, properties in this stretch provide larger layouts and even open spaces that give much needed relief to home buyers.

The exhibition, taking place during the long week-end period, will also have on-the-spot home loan facilities. Many developers will also offer discounts on bulk purchases. Thus, this is a prime time opportunity for large groups to book flats under various categories – ready possession to under construction.

“Many home buyers look at auspicious and festive seasons to acquire new properties and here is the right chance to perform Vaastu or Griha-Pravesh during the forthcoming Gudhi Paadva,” Sanghvi added.

The MCHI Suburban Property Exhibition will also have commercial properties that form an essential part of urban development.
