11 developers join hands to promote Sohna


Sohna - South of Gurgaon, Sohna Road, Gurgaon Property Market, Indian real estate market, Indian property market, NRI Investment, Property investment in India, Indian realty news, Indian property news, Track2Media Research, Track2Realty Eleven real estate developers have come together to promote the southern end of Gurgoan i.e. Sohna as ‘South of Gurgaon’. 11 developers of NCR, namely Supertech Limited, Ashiana Homes, Ashiana Housing, Central Park, Eldeco, ILD, CHD Developers, Silverglades, MKS Ventures, Gold Souk and Nimai Developers have put in a vision to together develop ‘South of Gurgaon’ as the hottest yet affordable real estate destination within the close proximity of Millennium City, Gurgaon.

‘South of Gurgaon’ boasts of natural beauty being amidst the serene Aravali  Hills with already developed basic infrastructure. The area has functional educational institutions like Ryan International School, KR Mangalam University, GD Goenka World School, DPS, JK Business School, etc., luxury hotels like Fortune, Park Plaza, Westin Resort, etc., healthcare centres like Max Hospital, Medicity, Fortis Hospital, etc. and retail outlets like Big Bazaar, Shoppers’ Stop and many more, within short driveable distance.

They claim that the main advantage of ‘South of Gurgaon’ is its location as it is away from the hustle bustle of the main Gurgaon city while being just 20 minutes drive from main commercial hubs like Cyber City and Golf Course Road and shopping malls of Gurgaon.

As the region is near to the Centre of Gurgaon, it is easily accessible from Sohna Road, IGI Airport, Golf Course Road, Delhi and other regions. With the introduction of new road planned in the master plan from Sector-63A, Sohna can be approached bypassing Gurgaon completely.

Sohna has price advantage with Gurgaon, they claim. The region offers various affordable housing projects at a starting price of Rs. 4,500 per sq. ft.

A spokesperson of the association says, “South of Gurgaon is just a few minutes drive from the main Gurgaon city which is highly expensive for the middle class person. South of Gurgaon is a very good option for salaried people who wish to stay in or near to Gurgaon as the region offers properties in almost half the price compared to Gurgaon. People don’t mind if they have to travel a few minutes more and stay at an affordable place within their price bracket. It is a beautiful soothing place set amidst the green Aravalis with a location value attached to it. It is very important to develop newer regions and make it worth living”.

“Through this association we intend to educate the homebuyers about the benefits and affordability of the region”, he added.

Talking about the future of ‘South of Gurgaon’, the spokesperson says, the future of this region is bright as it is in close proximity to the upcoming 1,483 kms long Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor and Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway which will further boost the road connectivity of this region making commutation easier for the inhabitants”.

The association of all these developers will also bring about a joint liaising with the government and authorities to expedite the process of development of ‘South of Gurgaon’ in terms of infrastructure, connectivity and other necessities like electricity, water, sewage, etc.

It will also run a CSR campaign for the welfare of the villages around ‘South of Gurgaon’, which include education programs for the betterment of the villagers, tree plantation programmes to keep the greenery of the region intact and toilet installation for personal hygiene of the villagers would be undertaken through this initiative.
